Overview

Chains

lp.xyz spans Solana and EVM: one account, one portfolio, and the same LP flows wherever you are. What changes between chains is which venues exist there, what you pay gas in, and how long you wait for a confirmation.

What travels, and what doesn't

Your account is one thing across every chain. Your wallets hold addresses on both families, the portfolio adds every chain up into one number, and your settings follow you. What stays chain-local is anything on-chain: a pool, a position, a balance, and the gas that pays for touching them.

  • Actions are single-chain. A swap, a deposit or a wall runs on exactly one chain: the one the pool lives on. To move value between them, use the bridge.
  • Discovery can be all of them. Paste an address and lp.xyz will tell you which chains that token exists on, so you can start from the token rather than picking a chain first.
  • Gas is the local native asset: SOL, ETH or BNB. A little of it is always held back when you spend a “max” amount, so you never strand a wallet with a balance it can't move.

Per-chain notes

Solana
Gas in SOL, confirming in about 1s. The deepest venue coverage: four AMMs, and the cheapest chain here to open and maintain a position on.
Ethereum
Gas in ETH, confirming in about 12s. Mainnet gas can be a large share of a small position: LPing under a few $1k on Ethereum rarely pays for its own maintenance. Consider Base.
Base
Gas in ETH, confirming in about 1-2s. Cheap enough that maintaining a small position still makes sense.
BNB Chain
Gas in BNB, confirming in about 1-3s. The one chain with two venues, so a quote and a pool search span both and the better one wins.
Robinhood Chain
Gas in ETH, confirming in about 1-2s. Cheap enough that maintaining a small position still makes sense.
Arc
Gas in USDC, confirming in about 1s. USDC is the gas token, so fees are priced in dollars and stay around a cent. Bridging to and from Arc isn't offered yet.

Cost is part of the strategy

A position needs maintaining (fees claimed, a range moved, a wall rebuilt), and every one of those is a transaction. On a chain where that costs cents it barely matters. On Ethereum it can quietly exceed what a small position earns, which is why the app warns you rather than letting you find out later. The same LP idea can be sound on one chain and pointless on another purely because of gas.

Adding a chain

Chain support is configuration, not a rewrite: the 5 EVM chains here share one set of builders, and the venue list you see on each is read from the same registry that drives this page. When a chain is switched on it appears everywhere at once (the search, the scope pickers, the portfolio, the bridge) rather than in one surface at a time.
