Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-08-07. Plain language where plain language is enough, and precise language where it isn't. This is the agreement between you and lp.xyz for using the site and app at lp.xyz.
Draft: not yet reviewed by counsel
This page was drafted from the product's actual code and behavior, not a template. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Do not treat it as final legal advice or a substitute for one.
1. What lp.xyz is
lp.xyz is a liquidity-provisioning venue and interface across Solana and EVM: it helps you find pools, build transactions for swapping and providing liquidity. lp.xyz builds transactions, your wallet signs them, and the blockchain executes them. lp.xyz is never a counterparty to your trades or your liquidity positions, and it does not take the other side of anything you do through it.
2. Non-custodial posture, and what that does and doesn't mean
lp.xyz does not hold your private keys and cannot move your funds without your authorization. Every transaction (a swap, an add or remove of liquidity, a transfer) is built by lp.xyz and then signed by you or by a signer you explicitly control before it is submitted to the chain.
lp.xyz offers two ways to hold funds inside the app, and the distinction matters:
- Connected wallets (Phantom, Solflare, MetaMask, any injected EVM wallet, WalletConnect): used for login and for funding. You sign in the wallet's own interface. lp.xyz never sees the key.
- Embedded wallets: created for you through Turnkey, our wallet infrastructure provider, as a dedicated sub-organization per user. Keys for an embedded wallet are generated and held inside Turnkey's secure infrastructure, not on lp.xyz's servers. lp.xyz's backend never has raw access to embedded private key material. Importing an existing key into an embedded signer is opt-in. It never happens without your explicit action.
“Non-custodial” describes who holds the keys, not who can never be asked to build a transaction on your behalf. Two features change the normal one-click-per-signature model, and both are opt-in:
- Popup-free signing. An embedded wallet can sign without a per-transaction popup, which is what makes batched actions (fan-out deposits across several wallets, for example) practical. You still initiate every one of these actions yourself, in-session.
- Delegated automation (covered fully in Section 3) is the one case where lp.xyz's backend can sign and submit a transaction without you present at that moment, and it is strictly limited to what is described there.
Who can move your funds
Outside of an active automation delegation you have granted (Section 3), only a signature from a wallet you control (connected or embedded) can move your funds. lp.xyz's ordinary servers hold no keys and cannot sign or submit a transaction on their own authority.
3. Automation delegation
lp.xyz offers optional, position-level automation: autoharvest (sweeps accrued LP fees once they cross a threshold you set) and trailing walls (repositions a single-sided wall to follow price by an offset you set). Both are off by default and act only on positions you individually enable.
Enabling automation requires two deliberate steps: reading and accepting a dedicated terms modal, and then turning on the specific automation on the specific position. Accepting that modal means you authorize lp.xyz to sign and submit narrowly-scoped transactions on your behalf (via a delegated signer registered inside your own Turnkey sub-organization, permissioned to sign only for the specific wallet address you delegate), without prompting you for each one. Nothing else can be signed under that authorization: it does not extend to your other wallets, to transaction types outside the enabled automation, or to any action you have not enabled.
- Revocable
- You can revoke automation at any time from Settings. Revocation stops all future automated actions but cannot reverse a transaction already submitted.
- Audited in your Activity feed
- Every automated action lands in your Activity feed the same as one you took yourself, so there is no automated action you can't see after the fact.
- Self-pausing
- If a run can't proceed safely (a policy denial, a revoked credential, an unfavorable cost), it auto-pauses and records why, rather than retrying blindly.
Automation is provided as is and as available. It does not guarantee the timing, success, profitability, or tax consequences of any action it takes. On-chain transactions can fail, be delayed, be reordered, or cost more than expected in network fees. Market conditions, smart-contract behavior, RPC availability, and third-party infrastructure are outside lp.xyz's control. You represent that you understand the risk of automated, unattended transaction signing before you enable it, and that you are solely responsible for the tax treatment of any automated action.
4. Fees
lp.xyz is non-custodial but it is a business, and a small platform fee rides a few of the actions you take through it. A fee, when one applies, is always an instruction inside the transaction you approve. It is never a separate charge, and it is always visible in the quote or build plan before you sign.
- Swap · 0.5%
- Taken on swaps routed through the hub: on Solana via Jupiter's native platform-fee mechanism on a quote-class leg where supported, otherwise off the SOL leg. On EVM, taken only when you sell the chain's native asset.
- LP · 0.25%
- Skimmed off the SOL / native leg of a liquidity add built through lp.xyz, including a pool-creation seed deposit and a single-sided wall on that side. Removes are never skimmed, and an add with no SOL/native leg collects nothing.
- Bridge · 0.1%
- An app fee on cross-chain transfers, forwarded to the lp.xyz treasury and reflected in the amount you receive on the destination chain.
Removing liquidity (including pulling a wall), harvesting fees, and viewing your portfolio carry no lp.xyz fee, only network gas. Fee rates are configuration inside the app, not contractual terms fixed by this page. The current values are always the ones shown in your quote before you sign, and lp.xyz may change them prospectively. The pool's own trading fee (set by the AMM, earned by LPs) and network gas are separate from all of the above.
5. No financial advice
Nothing on lp.xyz (pricing, fairness scores, risk badges, historical performance, or anything else) is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. lp.xyz does not recommend that you provide liquidity to any pool or take any position. You are solely responsible for evaluating any action before you take it and for any outcome that follows.
6. Risk disclosure
Providing liquidity and using unaudited smart contracts carries real, substantial risk of loss. The short version is below. The full disclosure (including impermanent loss and smart-contract risk) is its own page, because it is important enough to be read on its own and cited on its own: read the full Risk Disclosure.
- Impermanent loss. Providing liquidity to an AMM can leave you with less value than simply holding the underlying assets, especially in a volatile market.
- Smart-contract risk: the contracts are unaudited. lp.xyz's own escrow and hook contracts have not completed an external audit at the time of writing. An audit is planned but not complete. A bug, exploit, or unforeseen interaction in any contract lp.xyz builds transactions against (including third-party AMM contracts lp.xyz does not control) can result in total, permanent loss of funds.
- Total loss is possible. There is no principal protection anywhere in this product. You can lose some or all of the value you commit, including in the ordinary course of using a feature exactly as designed.
- On-chain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction confirms on-chain, lp.xyz cannot reverse, refund, or undo it: not for a mistaken input, not for a contract bug, not for a market move you regret.
7. No warranty
The site, the app, and every feature in it (including automation) are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. lp.xyz does not warrant that any smart contract it builds transactions against, its own or a third party's, is free of defects or vulnerabilities.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, lp.xyz and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including loss of funds, loss of fees, missed opportunities, impermanent loss, slippage, smart-contract exploits, or tax liability) arising out of or relating to your use of the site or app, whether or not lp.xyz has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this section limits liability where the law does not permit it to be limited.
9. Eligibility and prohibited use
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and to use blockchain-based financial software where you live. By using lp.xyz you represent that you are not located in, organized in, or a resident of any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not on any sanctions or restricted-party list administered by the jurisdictions applicable to lp.xyz. You may not use lp.xyz for money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, or any other unlawful purpose, and you represent that you are legally permitted to use these features, including automation, in your jurisdiction.
10. What is not live
lp.xyz is built to say “not live yet” rather than imply a feature works when it doesn't. At the time of writing, liquidity-mining farm streams are not deployed anywhere. Nothing in these Terms should be read as a representation that a not-yet-deployed feature is currently available.
11. Changes
lp.xyz may update these Terms. Where a change materially affects an active authorization, such as the automation terms, the app requires you to re-accept before that authorization continues to apply, the same way a bump to the automation terms version already forces re-consent today. Continued use after a posted change constitutes acceptance of the update for everything else.
